The SMG-managed Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, West Virginia, welcomed country superstar Luke Combs on Feb. 1. Combs is out on the road for his Beer Never Broke My Heart tour and sold out his stop at the 9,000-capacity venue. To celebrate his sell-out, SMG staff presented Combs with a living tribute by having a small grove of trees planted in his honor in the Pisgah National Forest in his home state of North Carolina. Combs is seen with (L-R) senior events manager for Big Sandy Superstore Arena Jennifer Sturgeon, AGM for Big Sandy Superstore Kaleen Johnson, GM for Big Sandy Superstore Arena Cindy Collins, NS2’s Darin Lashinsky and Charlie Goldstone of Frank Productions.
