With venue owners Clint and Whitney Barlow, AEG Presents has announced an exclusive booking agreement for the Bomb Factory and Canton Hall in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas, Texas.

“We are honored and excited to be a part of the AEG Presents family. Although we have worked with them since inception, we are happy to broaden that relationship and work with AEG Presents more deeply to make these two venues even more special,” the Barlows said in a release.

AEG Presents has booked and promoted such world class performers as Beach House, Bon Iver, Death Cab For Cutie, Disclosure, Jack White, LCD Soundsystem, Robert Plant, Slayer, Sturgill Simpson and many more at The Bomb Factory since the Barlows reopened the venue in March 2015, making the expanded relationship a natural fit for both entities.

“The Barlows and AEG Presents share a passion and commitment to delivering the best music experiences to fans. Clint and Whitney have built extremely respected venues in Dallas with a proven track record of success and we are pleased that they chose to partner with us. We look forward to working closely with them to further grow the live music experience in Dallas,” said Rick Mueller, President – North America of AEG Presents in a release.

The 4,300-capacity Bomb Factory has hosted iconic acts such as The Ramones, Phish, Rage Against The Machine, Black Sabbath, Tool, Motorhead, Nine Inch Nails, Dave Matthews Band and was the site for the first run of The Vans Warped Tour in 1995. In November 2013, 15 years after the doors of The Bomb Factory closed, the Barlows announced they had plans to resurrect the venue and undertook a multimillion-dollar renovation that included a completely new layout, look and feel, as well as state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems.

Located next door to The Bomb Factory, Canton Hall was once known as Deep Ellum Live, and has hosted legendary performances by The Cure, Weezer, Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins and more. Opening its doors in October 2017 and also featuring a complete overhaul, the venue serves as the perfect complement to The Bomb Factory with a capacity of 1,100.

The Bomb Factory and Canton Hall present more than 600 events annually.
