DPR, a full-service independently owned integrated communications firm founded by Carleen Donovan and based in New York has announced a round of staff promotions today. Publicists Elisa Kupelian and Chloe Snyder have been promoted to director of communications, effective immediately.

“When I launched DPR in 2015, Elisa and Chloe were among the company’s very first hires. Over the past three years, they have proven invaluable to the success of our burgeoning roster and the profile of the firm itself,” Donovan said in a release announcing the hirings. “They are consummate modern PR executives who think fast and adapt even faster by consistently exceeding expectations, reimagining the scope of publicity, and delivering at the highest level for all-encompassing campaigns. It’s with great pride and excitement that DPR announces these well-deserved promotions.”

Kupelian commented “The team has grown remarkably together, and we’ve been able to achieve great success with our clients by working as a tightknit unit. Carleen leads by example and is consistently inspiring the entire team. In these expanded roles, Kupelian and Snyder will continue to spearhead 360-degree integrated communications for clients. This includes everything from publicity to branding, imaging, content creation, strategic alliances, social media initiatives, and more.

Kupelian started at DPR as an assistant and has since held the title of account executive from 2016 until present and is a graduate of Seton Hall University. Snyder also held the title of account executive from 2016 until present and has worked at Hearst Magazines and is a graduate of Drexel University.

In other news, DPR formally announces the launch of its Corporate Division which will oversee strategy for prominent entertainment industry executives, leading brands, disruptive businesses, lifestyle clients, and many more. The roster spans boutique startups, management companies, publishers, agencies, and major corporations. DPR diligently integrates such clients into speaking opportunities at entertainment and business conferences in addition to arranging appearances and mentorships at top universities. Maintaining a pulse on industry narratives and trends, the team also seeks out coveted year-end lists and high-profile business stories for client inclusion and participation.

As of 2018, DPR also houses a Branding Division. This specialized department endeavors to align talent clients with appropriate outside brands for impactful and influential collaborations.
