Morrissey has announced his first full Canadian tour in 20 years. The former Smiths frontman has unveiled eight dates throughout the month of April, kicking off on April 15 at Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver, BC.

Between April 15-29, Morrissey will play in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. The Canadian tour will close out at MTELUS in Montreal.

Morrissey’s last studio album Low in High School was released in November of 2017. Morrissey toured in support of the release, highlighted by sold out performances to over 24,000 fans in London (various venues) and 35,000 fans in Los Angeles (Hollywood Bowl), as well as a thrilling festival headliner at 2018’s Tropicalia Festival.

Morrissey will perform songs spanning his legendary career along with new songs from his upcoming album coming later this year and a portion of proceeds from all of the tour’s ticket sales will benefit the following charities of Morrissey’s choice, as the artist continues his stand for animal rights and organizations who support animal welfare.

Organizations include Toronto Chicken Save, Vancouver Fur Animal Save, Ottawa Farmed Animal Save, Manitoba Pig Save, Calgary Cow Save, Nova Scotia Mink and Fox Save and more.

Tickets to the Canadian shows, which will be promoted by AEG Concerts, will go on sale this coming Friday (Feb. 22) morning at 10am. Tickets can be purchased here:
