After several months on the market, Oak View Group has shaved $90,000 off the price of the former headquarters of Pollstar in Fresno, California, dropping it from $1.85m to $1.76m, rounding out to a little more than $110 per square foot.

Oak View Group listed the property at 4697 Jacquelyn in June, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, offering buyers 13,816 square feet of office space, a 2,180-sq.-ft. warehouse, an outdoor courtyard and plenty of parking.

First built in 1985, the office was home to Pollstar founders Gary Smith and Gary Bongiovanni and the concert publication’s staff, which at one time had as many as 60 people on payroll. In June, a little more than one year after being purchased by Tim Leiweke’s Oak View Group, the staff was told their days at the building were coming to an end. Most were laid off, a few were given the opportunity to move to LA and a handful have stuck around Fresno in temporary roles, working in the mostly empty building while it sits on the market.

OVG officials are hoping the price drop generates some new leads for the office building, located near the 99 Freeway. Click here if you want to see the sales prospectus.
