COOL INSURING ARENA MANAGEMENT EXONERATED IN FAN INJURY CASE
After one week of trial, Glens Falls and Cool Insuring Arena management have been exonerated in a lawsuit over a woman’s injury while walking to the arena. In March of 2014, Kingston resident Lisa Hurley broke her ankle on an icy patch at the city-owned parking lot behind the arena, leading her to file a lawsuit seeking $825,000 from the city and arena management.
