TACO BELL ARENA FIRST CERTIFIED SENSORY INCLUSIVE COLLEGE ARENA

Taco Bell Arena at Boise State University in Idaho leads the pack as the first college arena to be certified sensory inclusive in the United States. The arena partnered with KultureCity to bring the new initiative that promotes an accommodating and positive experience for all guests and fans with a sensory need who visit the Taco Bell Arena. The Sensory Inclusion Certification process entailed staff at the Taco Bell Arena being trained by leading medical professionals on how to assist guests with sensory needs and how to handle a sensory overload situation. Guests experiencing a sensory overload, will receive a Sensory Bag, equipped with: noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads.

THE CLAW FROM 2009 U2 TOUR FINDS HOME AT UTAH AQUARIUM

U2’s ‘Claw’ has a new home, Pollstar is reporting. The 165-foot prop that toured globally on the 2009-2011 “360-Degree Tour” has been acquired by the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper, Utah.  “Since the 360° Tour concluded in 2011, we’ve been vetting potential sites for the permanent placement of The Claw,” U2 Tour Director Craig Evans told the pub. “It’s bittersweet to see it go.” The Claw will be used to anchor the aquarium’s 7,000-seat and 350-seat outdoor venues.


PARADIGM PROMOTES EIGHT TO AGENT STATUS

Paradigm has promoted eight employees to agent across multiple offices, it was announced today. The new agents are Zac Bluestone and Madi Daigle in New York, Brewster Lee in Los Angeles, Kylie Doyle, Zach Hartley and Jeremy Shpizner in Nashville, and tour marketing agents Dani Barrett in Los Angeles and Andrew Whitaker in New York.
